You won't be told who to become.
You'll be guided back to what you already know.
I've walked through the same cycles of self-abandonment, people pleasing, and losing myself that many of my clients come to me with. That's not a coincidence. It's what makes this work personal, and it's what allows me to meet you exactly where you are without judgment.
I go deep, and I go there quickly. Not because I rush the process, but because I've developed a genuine ability to listen beneath the surface — to hear what's really being said and ask the questions that get to the root of it.
My clients often tell me they leave sessions having found answers they didn't know they already had.
That's the work I'm here to do.
This work isn't about insight alone. It's about creating change that shows up in your everyday life.
You'll feel supported and challenged in equal measure because meaningful change requires both.
I listen beneath the surface and help uncover the patterns, beliefs, and stories shaping your experience.

Zainub is an incredible coach with enormous empathy, compassion, and an extraordinary ability to listen. From our first conversation, I felt trust immediately. She created a space where I felt completely safe sharing what was on my mind and had a remarkable way of gathering everything I presented to her and pinpointing the real issue underneath it all.
Her thoughtful questions challenged me to see my obstacles through a new lens and helped me better understand myself. I always left with meaningful reflections and practical exercises that continued the work between sessions.

Zainub is an excellent coach who understands the importance of active listening and guiding clients toward their own answers. Through thoughtful questioning, reframing, and deep insight, she helped me uncover the underlying issues beneath what I thought were the problems.
She is intelligent, kind, empathetic, and incredibly skilled at helping people gain clarity and move forward. I would recommend her to anyone looking to create more joy and fulfillment in their life.

Working with Zainub is one of my favorite things. Every session leaves me with valuable insight, perspective, and practical guidance that helps me navigate life more intentionally. She has a thoughtful and inspiring presence that makes you feel deeply supported.
What stands out most is how invested she is in her clients—she genuinely cares, and that comes through in every conversation. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with her.

Zainub is caring, insightful, motivating, and incredibly intentional in the way she coaches. She has a gift for helping you arrive at your own answers through thoughtful questioning and genuine support.
Since working with her, I have grown tremendously in both confidence and self-awareness. She helped me organize my thoughts, create a plan, and stay accountable to the changes I wanted to make. The impact has been felt in both my personal and professional life, and I can't recommend working with her enough.
Therapy and coaching are different in both scope and purpose, and it's important to understand the distinction.
Therapy is a licensed clinical practice. It is designed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, process trauma, and work through deep psychological wounds. Therapists will ask “how did you arrive here?”
Coaching is a forward-focused practice that helps you identify patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change in how you think, respond, and show up in your life. Coaches will ask “where do you want to go?”
Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for it. I am a coach, not a therapist. The work we do together is rooted in personal development, mindset, and behavioural change — not clinical care.
Absolutely. Coaching and therapy can complement each other beautifully. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously. If you are currently in therapy, I encourage you to continue that work alongside our sessions.
Coaching is a good fit if you are emotionally stable, ready to do the work, and looking for support in creating real change in your patterns, relationships, and sense of self. If you are currently in crisis or navigating acute mental health challenges, I would gently encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional first.
